St. Therese Catholic School will participate in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP or Choice Program) in the 2026-27 school year. Families who meet income eligibility may apply for a Choice scholarship that will cover tuition costs for the school year. The school will receive a state aid payment for each eligible student on behalf of the parent or guardian.
Families must submit an online application through the DPI Choice website and provide additional documentation to the school for residency and income verification. The online application periods take place in February, March, May, and August. See below for additional information.
Parents must submit an online application and provide supporting documentation to the school during one of the open application periods. There are four open application periods for St. Therese School:
How do I submit a Choice Application? You may click the button above to be taken to the DPI Choice Application webpage. You will create an account using your email address, and then you can complete the online application.
What is the best way to provide my income or residency documentation to the school? Residency documentation and income documentation (if required) can be brought to the school office. Families may also scan or take a photo of the required documentation and email it to the Choice Administrator. All required documentation must be provided during the same open application window during which the application is submitted.
How are Choice Scholarships awarded? If more eligible applications are received during an open application period than the number of Choice scholarships/seats offered at a given grade level, a random drawing will be held in accordance with the DPI requirements. The random drawing will determine which students will be offered Choice scholarships and which students will be placed on the waiting list.
